Privacy Policy

The short version

Your voice recording never leaves your device. When you take a test, your browser records about 12 seconds of audio, measures it on your device and then throws the audio away. We do not upload, store, share or sell recordings, and we do not build a voiceprint or any other identifier from your voice.

Your recording

1. Microphone access. The test asks your browser for microphone access only after you press the record button. You can refuse or revoke it at any time in your browser settings.
2. On-device analysis. The audio is held in your browser's memory while the test runs. Our code measures pitch, range, intonation and an approximate clarity score from it, on your device.
3. No upload, no storage. The audio is not sent to our servers or to anyone else, and it is deleted from memory when the test ends or when you leave the page.
4. Not a voiceprint. The numbers we show (for example your median pitch in Hz) describe how high or low you speak. They are not used to identify you, and they are not stored on our servers.
5. Your last results, on your device only. Your two most recent results (numbers and the pitch line, never audio) are kept in your browser's session storage, so they are still there if you go back to the test. They are not sent to us, and your browser deletes them when you close the tab.
6. Result cards. The share card is drawn in your browser. It contains your numbers and a pitch line, never audio. It goes only where you choose to save or share it.

Information we do collect

• Basic usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics may record pages visited, browser type, device type and approximate country. This never includes your recording or your results.
• Cookies. We use cookies only to keep the site working and, if enabled, for analytics. Where required, we ask for consent first.
• Accounts. The voice tests do not need an account. If you choose to create one, we keep your email address and name to run it.

Children

The voice tests are meant for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@voicehz.pro and we will delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share limited usage data only with service providers who run the site for us (hosting and analytics) under confidentiality terms, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we never store recordings, there is no voice data to return or delete.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
